- Tables and Chairs
- When considering how many tables and chairs to rent use the 80/20 Rule of Thumb.
- On average parties have an attendance of 80% of the full invitation list. In other words if you invite 50 guests, 40 will show up and 10 may not. This is not always the case so make sure to check your RSVP confirmed list prior to your event.
Food and Dessert Choices
Planning the menu and coordinating catering services requires attention to detail. Consider dietary restrictions and preferences of your the birthday child and guests while ensuring that the food fits the overall theme of the party.
