• On average parties have an attendance of 80% of the full invitation list. In other words if you invite 50 guests, 40 will show up and 10 may not. This is not always the case so make sure to check your RSVP confirmed list prior to your event.

Entertainment

1. Kids tend to have a short attention span. They are so full of energy you need to find ways to channel it in safe and fun ways.

• The Solution

2. Address and Time of the Birthday Party
3. A QR Code that takes you to a digital form where guests can accept or decline the invitation.
4. Create the form through Google Forms or Microsoft Forms. Embed the QR Code generated by your form in your invitation.
5. The last date to RSVP.
6. Welcomed Gifts (Cash, Gift Cards to Favorite stores or Restaurants, likes, needs, etc.)

Weather Considerations

1. If the party is outdoors, weather conditions can be unpredictable. Having contingency plans for rain or extreme temperatures is important to ensure the comfort of your guests.
