This package is thoughtfully curated to include everything you need to host your guests comfortably while staying protected from cold or rainy weather.
With the right balance of tables, chairs, lighting, and weather protection, this setup allows your guests to move freely, relax, and truly enjoy the event. The added lighting and heating create a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes your backyard feel cozy and event-ready.

4 x Table Covers/Linens (Washed and Ironed)
40 x White Resin Padded Chairs

Set Up and Tear Down of Tent, String Lights, Tables, Chairs, Heater, Speaker is included. Table Covers are provided washed and ironed for customer to place on tables.

Delivery is NOT Included.
**Important - Tents are typically set up the day before your event or on the day of your event. We will provide more information on set up date upon contacting you. All items are scheduled to be picked up the following morning at no additional cost.
You are welcome to add anything else to this package however there are no substitutions.
If you need something different you are welcome to put the package you want together separately and add the items individually. If you'd like you can also give us a call or message us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a custom quote or any questions you may have.
Setting Up on Grass: Staking Requirements (Included)
UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATE:
Underground Utility locate is required to secure tent when using stakes. We will contact (811) 72 Hours before the tent install and have all your utilities marked in the area where the tent will be installed. Any underground pipes not know to 811 i.e sprinkler systems, need to be marked by client. We use 36" - 40" Length by 1" Diameter steel stakes into the ground to secure our Tents.
Setting Up on Concrete or Hard Surface: Concrete Blocks Required (Additional)
If Tent or Tents are to be installed on concrete or any hard surface please make sure to add the appropriate Cement Blocks for your Tent size. Use the link below to view and add our Cement Blocks and the appropriate amount of cement block per tent leg (i.e 1 Cement Block per leg)

1 Setup & Teardown Policy:
Setup and teardown services include tents, tables, chairs (as determined by TX Backyard Entertainment LLC based on tent size and layout), and string lighting when included in the selected package. Setup of table covers, linens, and decorative items is not included. All linens will be delivered professionally washed, ironed, and on hangers for client placement on the event day. Tent installations are typically completed 1–2 days prior to the scheduled event date. Installation timing may vary based on weather, site conditions, access, and scheduling.
