What's Included with this Package:

1 x High Peak Tent 20'x20'
1 x Bounce House 13x13 (Please check our Bounce Houses options for event date availability, Click Here) (Please provide the bounce house number in the Note sections on checkout screen)
6 x Rectangular Tables 6ft
48 x Chairs White Folding
1 x EV 1000 Watt Speaker (With XLR, Aux, Aux to iPhone Adapter cords included, tripod Stand)
1 x Concession Machine (Sno Cone with 50 servings 2 Flavors or Pop Corn Machine with 32 Servings)
1 x Table 4ft for Concession Machine
2 x Heavy Duty Extension Cords

Tent Set Up is Included.

What's NOT included:

Ice for Sno Cone machine. Customer needs to provide at least 8-10lbs of ice. Ice can be regular ice purchased at any convenience store.

Tables and Chairs Set up / Break Down. Please ask us to quote you if you are interested.

Walls available for an extra charge.

Delivery is NOT Included.

**This Tent can only be installed on Grass with Stakes.
**If drop off area is over 20 miles your quote will be adjusted to an additional $4 per loaded mile.

**Important - Tents are typically set up the day before your event or on the day of your event. We will provide more information on set up date upon contacting you. All items are scheduled to be picked up the following morning at no additional cost.

You are welcome to add anything else to this package however there are no substitutions.
If you need something different you are welcome to put the package you want together separately and add the items individually. If you'd like you can also give us a call or message us and we will be more than happy to assist you with a custom quote or any questions you may have.

Staking Requirements: 

UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATE:
Underground Utility locate is required to secure tent when using stakes. You must call (811) 72 Hours before the tent install and have all your utilities marked in the area where the tent will be installed. You will be required to sign a staking waiver, releasing TX Backyard Entertainment LLC from any liability related to staking our 40" Length by 1" Diameter steel stakes into the underground utilities, lines, pipes or other obstacles.

**We currently do not carry weights or water barrels to secure this tent.
